① develop a variety of functional masterbatch, and use blending technology to give full play to their comprehensive properties, such as: tackifier masterbatch, nanomaterials masterbatch, liquid additives masterbatch, metallocene resin carrier masterbatch, etc., which improves the operability and dispersion of masterbatch addition, controls the amount and density of addition, makes it evenly distributed and exuded as required, and maintains the product The utility model can effectively reduce the product cost, reduce the useless addition, make the raw materials used as much as possible and produce the maximum benefit.
Technically speaking, the masterbatch technology is the key to the success of the product development, and the blending technology is adopted in the production, such as: the blending of tackifying masterbatch and anti-aging masterbatch, the blending of tackifying masterbatch, anti-aging masterbatch and whitening and shading masterbatch, which greatly improves the comprehensive performance of the tensile film. In the future, we plan to add two or three sets of auxiliary material blending devices to each extruder (the original equipment has reserved space), which will make the blending of raw materials more accurate and convenient.
② by using multi-functional coextrusion feeding block, advanced technology of multi-layer coextrusion, blending technology and blending device, different layers of tensile film have different outstanding functions, such as excellent self-adhesive of layer a, strong anti-aging performance of layer B, excellent strength and puncture resistance, and small self-adhesive of layer C, which makes winding smooth and improves labor efficiency.
We plan to add two 50 / 30d extruders (the original equipment has a reserved position). By changing the selection plug, we can change the hierarchical order, produce more than five layers of coextrusion asymmetric stretch film, so that different products can choose effective layers according to their needs, and different raw materials and different functional Masterbatch can be used for different layers, which increases the selection range of raw materials and enhances the work of stretch film Energy.
③ update the formulation design theory
The density control method of each layer in the international advanced coextrusion stretch film production is used to make the permeability of functional masterbatch different. The special masterbatch, such as PIB masterbatch, is used to realize the difference of self viscosity of the outer layer of the product, so as to facilitate the different use and packaging effect of the product.
The new products developed by us have passed the inspection in the national plastic product quality supervision and inspection center, and all the physical performance indexes have reached and exceeded the standard requirements, which fully proves that our company has the ability to produce high-quality multi-layer coextrusion stretch films in large quantities.
