- Operation rules of BOPP tape coating machine equipment
In order to ensure safe production and maintain the normal operation of the coating machine, this operating procedure is specially formulated:
1.1 Preparation before starting
1) Check each electrical switch for abnormal phenomena such as disconnection or damage.
2) Put on the traction belt under normal temperature shutdown state according to the requirements of the process.
3) Start the exhaust equipment.
4) Confirm that there is no open flame in the coating machine room (such as electric furnace, etc.)
5) The control cabinet and drying cabinet shell of the BOPP tape coating machine must be reliably grounded.
1.2 Startup procedure
1) Close the main power switch and the power switch on the control cabinet.
2) Set the initial value (generally 180-280) and frequency division number (usually 20-50) on the tension controller.
3) Set the coating working method and related parameters (coating speed, section length, gap length, roller speed ratio, etc.), and then connect the compressed air (adjust the pressure control valve of the pneumatic control box to make the pneumatic pressure within 0.2 ~ 0.3Mpa between);
4) Start the drying fan and drying temperature controller.
5) Turn on the power of automatic deviation correction and tension controller.
6) The temperature of each section of the equipment has reached the temperature required by the process;
7) Feed the hopper of the coating device and start the coating machine to apply.
1.3 Shutdown procedure
1) Confirm that the coated pole piece has been wound up, and then stop.
2) Turn off the heater power of the equipment, and stop the drying fan and other fans when the temperature of each section drops below 60 degrees Celsius;
3) Stop compressed air.
4) Disconnect the power supply from the rectification cabinet and control cabinet.
1.4 Notes
1) The operator must receive pre-job training and pass the assessment before being on the job, and should strictly abide by this operating procedure.
2) Except for the necessary maintenance personnel, it is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment or change the setting parameters by personnel other than this position.
3) It is recommended to set the roller speed ratio within the range of 1.3 ~ 1.5.
4) The air heater can only be started after confirming that the drying fan has been started.
5) When adjusting the gap between the coating roller and the back roller, the principle should be that the slurry on the coating roller is just wiped off and the back roller is not jammed.
6) After resetting the parameters, be sure to press the insert button to change the parameters.
7) Clean the hopper, scraper, coating roller and back roller, etc. with alcohol or acetone immediately after each shift is shut down. The surface should be free of scratches and damage.
8) Keep the back roller cylinder and linear slide clean and lubricated.
9) The bearing parts of the machine must be regularly lubricated and lubricated, and the gearbox must be regularly changed or replenished.
10) Once a problem is discovered during operation, it must be immediately recorded and notified to the relevant department for timely treatment.
11) Always do equipment 5S work to keep the equipment and surrounding environment clean.
- Operating Procedures of Coating Process of China packing tape
2.1 Process requirements:
1) The deviation of the first coating length ≤ 1mm, the coating gap deviation ≤ 1mm.
2) The maximum misalignment between the second surface and the first surface ≤0.5mm.
3) The maximum deviation of the thickness of the coated single film ≤ 2um, the maximum deviation of the thickness of the double film ≤ 3um.
4) The maximum deviation of the density of the coated single film is ≤3%, and the maximum deviation of the density of the double film is ≤3%.
5) The maximum error of coating trailing ≤1mm.
6) The surface of the film should be flat and free of dry cracks, wrinkles, particles, and streaks.
7) Coating width = single strip width multiplied by the maximum number of coatable strips + 5 ~ 10mm.
2.2 Operation method:
1) Start up and clean the equipment according to the requirements of the equipment operation regulations.
2) Under manual correction, wear the tape according to the requirements of the transport. After wearing, automatic correction will resume.
3) Set the coating temperature, coating speed, speed ratio, blade gap according to the table below.
